Medical Record and Health Information Technician

A Medical Records and Health Information Management Technician (MRHIT) is responsible for managing many things, such as any health related credentials, maintain all the documents, and keeping track of the patient's records. It can also be called as the art and science of organizing all the information related to the medical records of a Healthcare Facility. A large portion of this job revolves around using a computer. These professionals use the computer to feed patient's records, update them and keep all the information organized. One of the prominent jobs of these healthcare professionals is to ensure adherence to regulations and retention of schedules. This certificate course has been particularly modified for skill development of the individuals providing medical record services and those who are going for medical records management as a career in the field of healthcare.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th pass from central board or any recognized state board.
