ASSK Educonnect Pvt. Ltd. requires Branch Manager who can exercise complete responsibility for developing and managing a Branch and parents and students satisfaction by directing, coordinating and monitoring all Academics & Branch operation and Students Academic development activities.
·Counselling & providing information about various courses to the students/parents and guiding them about the best course which will be suitable for them.
· Increasing the Branch's admission count.
· Able to generate walk-ins from Database Calling.
·Monitoring and ensuring timely implementation of all Academics related activities.
·Scheduling and conducting Student and Parent Orientation Program.
·Being a Point of contact to address Parents / students queries, grievances and giving them the relevant support and best possible solution thus ensuring parents & students satisfaction.
·Ensuring timely completion of portion by adhering to the lecture & test timetable and coordinating with faculty members.
·Support Management by maintaining up-to-date records with regards to Enquiries, Admissions, Batches, etc.
· Managing the Branch honestly & setting high ethical standards for his/her team.
Responsible for corporate relations ,students counselling , placemements.
Calling students ,Handling phone calls and walkins,Follow up calls to the prospective students,Follow admission process,Submit daily activity report to immediate superior,Plan and execute marketing activities. Salary no bar .
Officer - Administration will ensure efficient and smooth operation within each location.
a) Stationery: Responsible for implementing policy and procedure related to ordering and controlling stationery.
Timely procurement and distribution of stationery
Identifying and negotiating with stationery suppliers/printers.
Estimating demand and development plan for timely procurement of stationery. Issuing stationery to employees/departments
Monitoring and controlling all stationery usage and expenses across locations
b) Managing Office Boys
Responsible for all locating office boys for both indoor and outdoor work.
Managing the housekeeping/pantry and also maintaining housekeeping material.
b) Negotiate and manage the courier companies for dispatch of documents to other offices within India and abroad.
c) Ensure maintenance of all company property in proper condition.
d) Lease agreements across locations.
a) Plan/organize and ensure proper cleanliness of the office premises.
b) He will identify and negotiate contracts for housekeeping, pest control, carpet cleaning, painting, air-conditioning, tea/coffee vending machine, water, ensure cleaning material for toilet cleaning etc.
c) Monitor the performance of the various contractors.
d) Managing and identifying guest houses and their up-keep.
Utility Office Equipment:
Ensure that all utility functions across locations are running smoothly. This includes

d) Negotiate and monitor contracts for regular maintenance for all utility services.
e) Ensure that break-downs are attended to at the earliest.
f) Monitor and ensure timely payment of bills and liaise with Government Agencies or others for eg.Tata Telecom, MTNL, BSES etc.
Security & Safety:
Ensure the security/safety and health of employees, office equipment and office premises.
a) Supervise the work of all security staff
b) Ensure that basic first aid equipment are properly maintained and stocked in case of emergencies.
To facilitate the office movement from one office to the other for eg.
a) Negotiating with the Estate agent/broker
b) Identifying and coordinating with the Architect
c) Liasioning for licences for telephone connection, registration of property etc.
